What to do to claim ESI Benefit?

One can also get ESIC Form-9 to make a claim.   • Cash Benefits: Employees or laborers who are recipients of the ESI plan can profit money benefits on account of sickness, disablement (temporary/lasting), maternity, joblessness, dependent, memorial service costs, and vocational or physical recovery.

How To Check Claim Status of ESI Online?

Below are the steps to check the ESI claim status online:

  1. Open the UMANG App or download it if you have not installed it on your smartphone.
  2. Enter the IP number or the ESIC Insurance Number and click on ‘Get OTP’.
  3. Enter the OTP and click on 'Submit'.
  4. Select ‘Claim Status’ under the services menu.
  5. If you have raised any claims, you will be able to view the status or you use the advanced search to find the details.
