A. Form 26QB has to be filled as per their respective shares for each buyer and seller relation. you need to file two Form-26QB. One will be between you and Mr. Rahul and another is between you and Rahul’s wife.

Q.I have purchased a property from Mr. Rajib. The property is jointly owned by Rajib and his wife. In that case how many forms do I require to fill?
