Income Tax Raids the Premises of Shiv Sena Corporator

The Income tax department raided the premises of Shiv Sena corporator Yashwant Jadhav. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has accused that this raid has been conducted with the intention of influencing the upcoming Mumbai Civic Elections. Sanjay Raut has stated that it has been purposefully done to malign Shiv Sena.

He further added that the people are watching their actions and the common mass has their faith in Shiv Sena. He accused that the Central Government is only investigating Maharashtra and West Bengal since these two states are not governed by the BJP party.

Yashwant Jadhav is the leader of the powerful Standing Committee of the Brihhanmumbai Municipal Corporation under Shiv Sena. The Income-tax department raided the premises of Yadhav on the alleged accusations of tax evasion. The schedule of the BMC polls is not yet announced.
