New Changes in the Updated GST Portal

The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has launched the revamped Goods and Services Tax (GST) Portal on 3rd May 2024. The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) had announced the launch of the enhanced version of the GST portal giving taxpayers and professionals a new hope of bugless and error-free compliance of Goods and Services Tax laws.  

The updated portal comes with the following features: These enhancements have been implemented and GSTN will provide further updates as these changes are rolled out.   

1. News and Updates Section: A dedicated tab for news and updates has been introduced, featuring a beta search function, module-wise drop-down menus, and access to archived advisories dating back to 2017.  

2. User Interface Improvements: Minor adjustments have been made to the homepage to improve usability and aesthetics, making it more user-friendly.  

3. Updated Website Policy: The website policy has been updated, including revisions to the data archival policy. Additionally, details about web managers have been incorporated.
