Tax practitioners analyse judicial review on GST in Ujjain

A seminar was organized under the chairmanship of association president Anil Dalal on ‘GST in the eyes of Courts’. It was organized by the Study Circle, Tax Practitioner’s Association Ujjain. The senior tax consultant of DJ Dave and Co, Indore, Amit Dave, was the keynote speaker in this seminar. 

Mr. Dave analyzed the decisions that were given by high courts and the Supreme Court on different aspects of the GST law. In these decisions, the speaker explained the judicial comments on the nuances of GST law as well as the consequences of these decisions on the business world in detail. 

Pritesh Nagar delivered the guest introduction. The speaker was welcomed by Vijay Navlakha. The introduction of the program was presented by Study Circle chairman Amol Joshi. A memento was presented to the keynote speaker by TPA president Anil Dalal. The program was moderated by Study Circle convener Prasoon Bhawalkar. A vote of thanks was given by Ajit Kalkar.
